What is visa approval letter?
It's was a letter that was issued by Vietnam immigration department. It helps you go boarding without your visa. With the approval letter, you can pick up your visa upon arrival at one of the international airports in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City,Da Nang,Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hai Phong).
How is visa approval letter look like? 
It is formed on the A4  size paper. This letter have all details about  your visa application :
Your type of your visa (business or tourist, single or multiple entries)
Your entry and exit date .
Your passport information

How to apply Vietnam visa on arrival for Sri Lanka passport holders?

To apply Vietnam visa, there're 2 options:

1.Applying for a Vietnam visa through embassy of Vietnam in Colombo Sri Lanka, the following things should be borne in mind:
-Your original passport ( Validity at least 6 months from date of travel)
